OSAKA - Tesla Japan opened the country's first Tesla Gallery at Grand Front Osaka on Thursday and put a gold Cybercab on the floor with butterfly doors raised, a special exhibit the company said runs through Sunday, Sept. 20.
The official still shows the coupe behind glass under a TESLA blade, CYBERCAB lettered in gold on the back wall, a Model Y at the left edge, and stanchions holding a walk-around. Tesla Japan's post called the site a gallery where visitors can experience Tesla technology. The Cybercab line in that post is the news for this desk: a dated, public look in Osaka, not a Robotaxi fare.
Austin remains the market where riders can open the app and pay for a Cybercab when one is available. Osaka is a display stop. Japan's first Tesla Gallery does not move unsupervised hail across the Pacific. It puts the same purpose-built two-seater under mall lighting in a city already named on Tesla Japan's domestic tour map.
The gallery itself is the second beat. Beside merch cases and a Tesla logo, the opening floor includes a bare body-in-white structure on a white plinth. That is the hardware-education half of a gallery launch. It is not a claim that the unfinished shell is a Cybercab, and it is not a production tally. The Cybercab on the red-and-black stage is the robotaxi product visitors came to see.

Floor photographs from Thursday show people at the rope line while the doors stay up. The cabin is open to the aisle: two seats, a wide screen, cupholders in the center, gray flooring. Visitors can study the layout the way Aoyama crowds studied the first Japan tour car. The difference this week is a named gallery and a hard close date for the special exhibit.

Tesla Japan fixed that close: Sunday, Sept. 20. After that, the gallery remains Japan's first of its kind at Grand Front Osaka. Whether Cybercab stays, rotates, or yields the pad is a later filing. Thursday's record is the opening day, the official caption, and the gold coupe on the floor.

Keep the lanes straight. A gallery exhibit is not a geofence. A special display through Sept. 20 is not a Japanese hail button. Tesla can walk Cybercab through Tokyo, Osaka, and other tour cities while holding paid rides to Austin. Filing the Osaka open as a look is how this desk stays useful.
The product still photographs well in this room. Disc wheels, continuous light bar, and the butterfly silhouette read clearly from the mall concourse. The official frame is clean. The visitor frames prove the doors were actually up for people walking the store, not only for a press still.

For Cities coverage, Osaka now has a pin with a calendar. Shanghai's Taikoo Hui floor opened the same week as a mainland exhibit. Austin still sells the ride. Japan now has a gallery that will show Cybercab through the weekend. That is a bigger public window than a one-night tour stop, and smaller than a service launch.
